Champion is the premium athleisure destination rooted in original an authentic design. Known as the home of hoodie, origin of the sweatshirt, and pioneer of the Reserse Weave, Champion has always had innovation as its core.

Champion came to us to redefine their user experience and visual design in order to ensure the connection between the brand and its customers and leverage their identity as a premium label.
Our proposal was based to design a customer-centric experience that applies the best design practices in order to increase traffic and conversion rate.
After addressing the main pain points, and using a mobile-first approach, we decided to give more importance to three different areas: homepage, PDP and PLP; where the design wasn't strong enough to maintain traffic.
We address the site pain-points and mapped different solutions to improve the customer's journey, keeping as well the brand essence and its premium identity by creating a consistent design across the site, simplifying the experience through design to make the user journey as easy and fast as possible.

Special packaging for a special birthday
2019 was the year Champion turned 100 years old. On this special occasion, we designed unique packaging for their deliveries in order to leverage their most authentic and original identity, using different clues that remind the different patterns used on their clothing.


Connecting to customers through email marketing
We helped Champion to design emails for different campaigns through the years 2018 and 2019. We created user-friendly emails tailored to customer actions so that communications is relevant to their interest.
